Flow Credit Analyst

Traditional Office Environment — Las Vegas, Nevada

Our West Coast Flow Credit Analyst is responsible for the processing of deal flow and credit adjudication associated with Auxilior Capital’s Vendor Finance Transportation and Construction vertical segments. The position requires the highest level of credit productivity, and adherence to turn around requirements, and the firm’s credit policy, procedures, and risk rating methodologies and reports to the Vice President of Credit.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with the development and continued maintenance of an automated score card product.
  • Prepare written analysis, transaction approval summaries, and as requested industry studies to assist in the making of lending decisions on new, renewal, and extensions in accordance with policy.
  • Process appeals and changes to original decisions.
  • Exercise credit authority including the assessments of credit grading for new and existing credit relationships.
  • Participate in discussions with key stakeholders regarding credit worthiness of pending or pre-screen requests.
  • Present analytical results and written conclusions to all levels of management.
  • Review, approve or recommend business unit overline requests.

This position also requires participation in Saturday and holiday rotational credit coverage based
upon business need and some travel.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA a plus.
  • 3 to 5 Years Credit experience involving credit score based underwriting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Transportation and Construction industry verticals.
  • Strong credit underwriting skills. Analytical and has the demonstrated ability to convert large amounts of data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of Vendor sourcing business model, and the influence of the vendor/dealer relationship, correlation risk, reliance structures to the transaction risk.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under pressure and complete them in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy as to risk mitigation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Business and Consumer Credit Bureaus and Reporting Agencies.
  • A decisive decision maker with the ability to provide structured solutions.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively at different levels across the organization.
  • Knowledge of use in Moody’s Financial Analyst spreading tools, and varying credit adjudication tools used in the credit review process.

Treasury/Capital Markets Analyst

Plymouth Meeting, PA

We are seeking a bright, highly motivated Treasury/Capital Markets Analyst to join our financial team and be part of a high growth environment in North America’s fastest growing commercial finance company.

Key responsibilities of the Treasury/Capital Markets Analyst include, but are not limited to:
  • Preparing bank servicing reports
  • Financial analysis of the lease and loan portfolios and cash flow data
  • Support our syndication process

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related subject required
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented and have good communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Financial services or equipment leasing experience is helpful

Senior Pricing Analyst

Plymouth Meeting, PA

Sr. Pricing Specialist provides analytics to each business vertical to create and document the pricing for a broad range of structured asset-finance transactions (including true leases, finance leases, subsidized products, loans and asset-secured lending, among other products). Associate will be responsible for working on all aspects of pricing, competitive analysis, economic analysis, and structuring support for each vertical business unit at Auxilior Capital Partners. The role will also be required to partner with our technology team to build client facing tools and provide support on other strategic analytic assignments and/or development of analytical tools.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, theoretical science, or other business concentration or equivalent work experience.
  • Financial industry experience preferred, this includes ability to understand multiple Lease and Structured Asset Finance products.
