Equipment Finance Attorney

This is an Office-Based Position
Auxilior Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Equipment Finance Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will report to our Chief Legal Officer and assist in providing legal support for equipment finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the Company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and consumer equipment finance agreements including, but not limited to, loans, leases, and related documents.
- Aid in regulatory compliance and licensing.
- Support the Chief Legal Officer in managing and closing equipment finance transactions internally and with outside counsel.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on equipment finance matters to ensure seamless execution of equipment finance transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date templates for equipment finance transactions and related legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and member of the Pennsylvania state bar
- 1-3 years of experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department with a focus on equipment finance, commercial finance, or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9 and other relevant commercial finance laws.

Business Intelligence Analyst

This is an Office-Based Position
Auxilior is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, with intent to hire full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, machine learning, data modeling, financial analysis, data warehousing, automation, and data pipeline development. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes across various departments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain data models to support various business processes and initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Manage and optimize data warehousing solutions to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data modeling, financial analysis, and automation.
- Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL and Python are required skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling; knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their applications; familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools; and experience with data warehousing solutions, technologies, as well as with developing and maintaining automated data pipelines, a plus.

Auxilior’s Structured Sales Support Associate partners with the Commercial team to deliver high-quality customer-facing support of sales objectives by complying with internal processes and policies, including documents throughout the process to ensure high-quality output. The position supports all commercial-related activities for our Financial Business Partners including:
- Direct Customer communication
- Contract documentation and review of all supplementary documents
- Account set-up
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the transactional workflow from application submittal through document receipt and audit
- Work closely with the Legal department on challenging and complex documentation transactions
- Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales to forge partnerships through outstanding service levels and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Assist with training/coaching of new hires
Qualifications
The successful candidate for this position will be a self-driven, team player with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, and possess the following skills and attributes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Equipment Finance and Leasing experience with mid-large ticket documentation

- Experience filing and reviewing lien, suits, and judgment searches, and UCC filings

Collections Specialist
Temporary Position with the Possibility of Full-Time for the Right Candidate
Auxilior Capital Partners, Inc. is seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to join our Portfolio Management Team as a Collections Specialist.
Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Placing outbound calls and sending emails and text messages to collect on aged receivables within a specified portfolio
- Fielding and managing inbound collection calls, emails, and texts to minimize delinquency and mitigate company losses
- Identifying and maximizing collection of outstanding fees to exceed budgets and set targets
- Proactively identifying and managing potential loss risks, and eliminating administrative delinquency through proactive identification and management of accounts
Secondary responsibilities may also include:
- Assigning equipment repossessions
- Quoting loan/lease payoffs
- Providing payment instructions
- Completing legal files to be placed for litigation, as well as completing and presenting reports as needed
- Participating in cross-departmental meetings to review accounts
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Relevant industry experience or operational experience is preferred
