Sales Support Associate

Plymouth Meeting, PA.

This is an Office-Based Position

As a Sales Support Associate, you will partner with the Commercial team to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives by complying with internal processes and policies, including auditing documents throughout the process.

Principal Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following key activities:

• • Manage all aspects of the transactional workflow from application submittal
  • Work under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced organization, both independently and collaboratively as a team member
  • Analyze situations to determine and implement specific solutions with limited guidance
  • Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales to forge partnerships through outstanding service levels and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Conduct filings and reviews of lien, suits and judgment searches, and UCC filings
  • Assist with training and coaching of new hires

The successful candidate for this position will be a self-driven, team-player with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit who possesses the following skills and competencies.

• • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Equipment Finance and Leasing experience with mid-large ticket documentation
    • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and strong problem-solving and analytical acumen
    • Understanding of Legal language and ability to draft correspondence, basic legal documents, and reports is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Collections Specialist

Plymouth Meeting, PA.

This is an Office-Based Position

The Collections Specialist is tasked with proactively managing delinquency, reducing company charge-offs, and optimizing fee income collections within an assigned account portfolio. As a Collections Specialist, you will oversee all servicing functions for the accounts in your portfolio, including but not limited to conducting collection calls, enforcing late fees, processing payments, issuing invoices, and delivering exceptional customer service to all account holders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• • • College degree in business preferred, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years collection experience in either a bank or finance company environment, or equipment leasing company
    • Knowledge of leasing, leasing accounting system or equipment finance preferred
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
    • Ability to interact with, and provide excellent customer service to, both external and internal customers
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented, with strong organizational and negotiation skills

Auxilior is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, with intent to hire full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, machine learning, data modeling, financial analysis, data warehousing, automation, and data pipeline development. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes across various departments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• • • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and support business decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
    • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Create and maintain data models to support various business processes and initiatives.
    • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and budgeting.
    • Manage and optimize data warehousing solutions to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data modeling, financial analysis, and automation.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
    • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • SQL and Python are required skills.
    • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling; knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their applications; familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools; and experience with data warehousing solutions, technologies, as well as with developing and maintaining automated data pipelines, a plus.
